Chr. in dem bekanntenLiebeslied "Gitagovinda", welches heute immernoch das berühmteste Liebeslied Indiens ist.Begleitet von alten indischen Bilder wird es hierin der Übersetzung von Friedrich Rückert wiederlebendig.

Kunst ist seit 1972 ein fester Bestandteil im Alltag Paul Riedels. Seine Arbeiten sprechen durch seine in der Restaurierungsausbildung ausgereifte Technik wie auch durch eine klassische Farbwahl an. Seine starken Farben sind auf den Einfluss seiner brasilianischen Herkunft zurückzuführen und seine klassischen Formen und die Gestaltung der Werke wurden über viele Jahre von seinen Führungen in Museen in München und Barcelona beeinflusst.In seinen Katalogen sind neben neuen Arbeiten aus dem Jahr 2016 einige frühere, noch nicht veröffentlichte Werke zu sehen.
