Die aktuellen Entwicklungen rund um die Haltezeiten der Züge in den Stationen stellen die Betriebsplanung sowie Betriebsführung im Bereich des spurgeführten Verkehrs vor beträchtliche Herausforderungen. Die Kenntnis der zu erwartenden mittleren Haltezeiten sowie ihrer Variationsbreite gewinnt dabei für eine effiziente Nutzung der Infrastruktur und eine zufriedenstellende Betriebsqualität immer mehr an Bedeutung. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wird ein Modell zur linienbezogenen Prognose von Verkehrshaltezeiten in spurgeführten Verkehrssystemen entwickelt. Hierzu werden zunächst die zentralen Einflussfaktoren der Haltezeit sowie deren Zusammenhänge strukturiert dargestellt und quantifiziert. Dabei wird besonders auf das bei einer situativen Zugfolgezeit zu erwartende Fahrgastaufkommen, die Verteilung der Ein- und Aussteiger auf die Fahrzeugtüren sowie die resultierenden Fahrgastwechselzeiten eingegangen. Auf dieser Basis erfolgt dann - unter anderem mittels bedienungstheoretischer Ansätze - eine Modellierung der Verteilungsfunktion des Zeitbedarfs, der für den Fahrgastwechsel sowie die hierfür erforderlichen vor- und nachgelagerten Prozesse anzunehmen ist. Der postulierte Ansatz ermöglicht eine hohe Prognosegüte und beschränkt sich hinsichtlich des Datenbedarfs auf typischerweise in Verkehrsunternehmen verfügbare Daten.

Der vorliegende ÖPNV-Monitor Baden-Württemberg verfolgt zwei Ziele: Die Analyse und Visualisierung des aktuellen Bedienungsangebots des ÖPNV in Baden-Württemberg, um Bedienungslücken zu identifizieren und Handlungsbedarfe aufzuzeigen sowie die Erfassung und Analyse des Angebots und der Ausgestaltung flexibler Bedienformen. Dazu wurde im Herbst 2019 eine umfassende skriptbasierte Abfrage der elektronischen Fahrplanauskunft Baden-Württemberg durchgeführt sowie im Sommer 2020 das Angebot flexibler Bedienformen bei den Landkreisen erhoben.

This study analyzes seaports and multimodal corridors serving landlocked countries of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Program. It provides up-to-date information about ports and logistics developments in the region.CAREC members rely on open-sea ports of third-party countries outside borders as conduits for exports and imports. These open-sea ports are located mostly in non-CAREC countries and act as international oceanic trade nodes to connect CAREC freight across cross-border railways, highways, inland sea shipping, and on river and canal barges. The study seeks to identify areas and potential activities that will require cooperation among member countries and development partners within the framework of the CAREC Program.

One of the most important things to consider before constructing a railway is the train operating program. However, the analysis of the operating program based train schedule in the railway planning stage is carried out mainly on the basis of the intuitive experiences of the planner, and the optimization of the train schedule under various conditions is not properly considered. This study analyzes the optimization of heterogeneous train scheduling structures with minimizing the weighted scheduled waiting time and with the decision of Subsidiary Main Track (SMT) for overtaking of high-speed trains on the railway line. As a way for analyzing the Optimal Train Schedule (OTS) under constraint conditions, the genetic algorithm is used. The genetic algorithm is widely applied to various optimization and decision-making problems in engineering, natural sciences, business administration, and social sciences. The proposed method can examine train schedules for more scenarios, apply quantitative evaluation criteria, and review concrete infrastructures in comparison to the existing empirical method used in South Korea.
