Motevalli also works to improve the qualities of tech and business teams through his Converting Confusion to Clarity (CCC) training program. He is a macroeconomics expert, holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, has a master's degree in theater from the Academy of Art University, and is a UEFA soccer coach.
