Our incarcerated children or loved ones can no longer hold us prisoners or hostages. Blondella James Brown shares her personal struggles and battles living with an incarcerated child who was raised in a Christian home and attended Christian schools. She tells her story while encouraging other parents and caregivers to unleash the power of God. Through the word of God, we can confront and defeat the enemy, while allowing God to free us from emotional and spiritual incarceration. Satan will let God's people go, as we embrace the power of the finish work of the cross. My story of incarceration has shaped who I am today. Prison ministry is my passion. My prayer is that every offender and ex-offender will be enlightened and encouraged to know that Jesus loves them. He will free us, forgive us, and not hold our past against us. Go and Tell My Child to Let Me Go was written to encourage parents, grandparents, and any caregivers who have had a loved one incarcerated.
