From a young age, I found myself passionate about writing small stories and reading them to friends and family. Each word was crafted with care and passion.In my own preadolescent years, I took pleasure in the art of conversing with the elderly. Their years of wisdom and life stories pouring forth like a river. Their collective wisdom was bestowed upon an eager, knowledge-thirsty child, who happened to be none other than myself. I've been fortunate enough to glean this wisdom, as to how to interact with people, down to the deeper meaning of important words that in our days, their meaning has been completely twisted and abused with bad intentions.These respectable souls, however, carried with them more than just tales; they bore the emotional scars of their journeys, the weight of unspoken fears, even various phobias, and the echoes of life's harsh lessons. Here, within these pages I venture to share not only fiction, but also the priceless gems of genuine life education, the kind that no institution can impart.Two and a half decades have passed since those humble beginnings, and today, I stand before you, a writer humbled by the journey. It is with immense gratitude that I offer you this book, a labour of heartfelt love that took root eight years ago, then lay dormant.
