While I Was Under Surviving Covid-19

The world turned upside down and came to a screeching halt at the beginning of 2020 when the deadly COVID-19 virus swept across the globe and killed millions in its wake. Author Jackie A. James was diagnosed with the disease in March 2020 and was in critical condition. Not only was she diagnosed with covid-19, but also double pneumonia and the flu. But thanks to the incredible power of God and the quick medical attention from the hospital staff, she was healed. While I Was Under: Surviving Covid-19 "Thirty-Five Days of Peace" is her incredible story of diagnosis, survival, and recovery. Experience the fear of a patient who didn't know she would survive, the unconditional love her family and loved ones had for her, and her faith in a Lord who held her in His arms as she slowly, but surely recovered. This is an incredible story from the perspective of someone who was diagnosed with the deadly virus at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. Even with her being in the critical state she was in; it is incredible how she is able to recount what she remembers and talk about what others told her. What a blessing she is still around to tell her story. Many families will be able to relate to her story, whether they had loved ones who were diagnosed or endured COVID themselves. Jackie A James is a mother of one son and two grandsons. She also has a daughter-in-law in waiting. She has been in a long-term relationship with her other half James "JT" Turner for nine years. She is an Automobile Claims Specialist, by profession and a published author by chance and gift. She has over thirty-six years in the insurance claims business. While working in the insurance industry, she was able to obtain my Senior Claims Law Designation, and became a certified Subrogation Arbitrator, for the State of New Jersey, along with several other certificates and accolades.
